COVID-19 Protocols

Proof of vaccination and the wearing of a mask are required for entry into our events.

Safety and Service: Elm City Consort, Inc is committed to producing early music performances while keeping our patrons, musicians, and staff safe. We pledge to follow relevant CDC and local guidelines for all events.

Basic Requirements

Vaccination: All audience members and performers must show proof of being fully vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine. We regret that only children who have been fully vaccinated may attend our events at this time.

Masks: All artists, audience members, and staff must remain properly masked once inside the venue where a performance takes place. The mask should cover the nose and the mouth.

Some musicians may choose, once on stage, to perform unmasked in order to provide the best musical experience for audiences.  This is allowed only if there are at least sixteen feet between them and the nearest audience members.

Contact Tracing and Waiver: All who enter a concert venue must either register in advance or must sign a Contact Tracing check-in sheet, giving either a phone number or email for contact tracing. Your registration or signature indicates you’ve read the COVID-19 Disclaimer on our website and on the check-in sheet.

Seating: Up to two members of a household may sit together at least six feet from other audience members.  These requirements for distance may significantly limit audience size, and we regret that we may not be able to welcome everyone to a live performance at this time.

COVID Status: If you have tested positive for COVID, or conversely, if you have symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19 and not had a subsequent negative PCR test, please do not attend the event.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other viruses or bacteria that cause sickness exists in any public space where people are present. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to such pathogens during your attendance at our event.

By attending our events in person, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to infectious disease and hereby waive all potential claims relating to such risks.
