Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

The Elm City Consort believes that everyone's voice is important. We are committed to engaging performers who reflect the rich diversity of our community and to making our music available to a wide audience. Over the past five years, 30% of our artists' fees have gone to musicians from groups historically underrepresented in classical and early music.

We are a group of musicians in the New Haven area who are dedicated to presenting imaginative and entertaining programs of early music. With more than 10 years of public performances, the Elm City Consort has developed a loyal and enthusiastic following among music lovers in New Haven and beyond.
